Job Title: Global Operations Specialist
Report to: Global Operations Manager 
Location: Remote, Vietnam 
Contract Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week) 
Salary: From 31.5 million VND/month, depending on experience. 
Start Date: August/September 2025 

  • Alumnify is a start-up that’s redefining how UK universities connect with prospective international students — through the authentic voice of their alumni. 

    We work with recent graduates, known as Alumnifiers, who provide peer-to-peer support, local insight and trusted guidance to students considering study in the UK. This approach builds genuine connections, boosts enrolment and strengthens long-term alumni engagement. 

    We currently partner with nine UK universities and coordinate a growing network of 30+ Alumnifiers across key global markets. Our mission is simple: to make the international student journey more informed, personal and human, while empowering graduates to give back and grow in the process. 

  • We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive operations professional to help us deliver consistently excellent experiences for our university partners and Alumnifiers across our core markets including India, Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan. You may also support wider regions, including Africa, LATAM and Europe, during peak periods. 

    You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring activities are well-staffed, deadlines are met, and our Alumnifiers feel supported. You’ll coordinate bookings, nurture campaigns, and act as the operational link between our team, our Alumnifiers, and our university partners. 

    This is a full-time, remote role based in Vietnam, reporting directly to the senior team at Alumnify. 

  • Alumnifier Coordination 

    • Ensure Alumnifiers are allocated and confirmed for our partners’ (universities) activities within 5 days of the booking being made 

    • Brief and check in with Alumnifiers before and after activities 

    • Monitor feedback submissions and the quality of delivery 

    • Track availability, assignments and performance using tools such as Airtable, Softr and Microsoft tools 

    • Support Alumnifiers with any questions they have, or direct them to management when needed 

    • Monitor Alumnifiers performance and report back to management regularly  

    Campaign Delivery 

    • Coordinate delivery of events, exhibitions and similar activities from start to finish 

    • Coordinate peer-led nutrure campaigns, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard 

    • Raise any issues as soon as possible and help the team solve them Share regular updates on campaign progress with the management team 

    Operations & Communication 

    • Maintain smooth day-to-day operation, coordinating with other team members and management 

    • Help test and implement new features on our portal  

    • Support the development of clear processes and help us work better as we scale  

  • Essentials:
    You should have studied a degree at a UK university 

    • 2+ years’ experience in operations, project coordination, or account delivery  

    • Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese communication skills 

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task 

    • Digitally confident and competent (we primarily use Airtable and Softr, if you aren’t familiar with these specifically, we are happy to provide training) 

    • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently 

    • Based in Vietnam, ideally Hanoi but we are open to other locations 

    • Availability to work during some UK core hours (ideally 09:00-12:00 GMT) and occasional weekends

    Desirables (nice to haves):

    • Experience working with remote contractors or freelancers 

    • Familiarity with international education or recruitment 

    • Background in managing in-person and virtual events, outreach campaigns, or field staff
