How it works

Your graduates, already living where your applicants are.

We find them, verify their degree, train them and pay them. They then represent you at fairs, in schools and on the phone to your offer-holders. You approve the markets and read the reports.

Stage 01

Recruit

You identify the markets. We identify the candidates, graduates of your university already living there. We source them, screen them on communication, academic background and market relevance, and interview the ones who clear it.

Most do not make it through. Only the best fit for your institution is put forward. The people who represent you have to reflect it, not just hold a degree from it.

You confirm every Alumnifier before they represent you.

Stage 02

Train

Everyone completes structured onboarding before they speak to a single applicant. Compliance first, then a Bootcamp on your value proposition, your study options and visa awareness, then refresher modules through the cycle.

Campaign-specific training follows: event delivery, alumni storytelling and lead nurture. Only once all of it is passed are they an Alumnifier.

Core training, before they represent you

  • GDPR and data protection
  • Safeguarding
  • Cybersecurity
  • Your value proposition
  • Study options and visa awareness
  • Managing a successful call

Campaign-specific, before each deployment

  • Exhibitions
  • School visits
  • Event delivery
  • Alumni storytelling
  • Lead nurture
  • Running a campaign

The title is earned, not given. A graduate becomes an Alumnifier only after passing.

Stage 03

Deploy and deliver

We employ them, manage them and schedule them across your markets. They work in their own country and their own time zone, on the activity you have chosen.

You are not managing people abroad. You are approving a plan and reading what came back.

A graduate presenting to a full school auditorium in Vietnam, with a slide behind him headed Introduction: My Journey, charting his engineering degree and his internship with GKN Aerospace.
Vietnam. The slide behind him is his own CV, which is the entire point.

Stage 04

Easy oversight

Recruitment, compliance, payroll, scheduling and delivery sit with us. There is nobody for you to employ and nobody for you to manage.

The portal gives you campaign progress, activity and performance whenever you want it, not when a report is due.

What sits with us

  • Recruitment and vetting
  • Contracts, employment and payroll
  • Compliance and data protection
  • Scheduling and day-to-day management
  • Delivery and quality checks

Stage 05

Measure and optimise

Our Ops and Delivery team coordinate every activity and share the results with you. Conversion outreach is logged conversation by conversation, and in-market activity is reported once each event is done.

We read all of it against your admissions data, and what we learn goes back into the training and the deployment plan. You watch it happen in the Partner Portal: who has done what, and where to book your next activity.

What our partners say

Having alumni represent the university in-market has added authenticity and credibility. It has extended our reach in key markets and allowed us to maintain a local presence where direct university engagement may be limited.

What Alumnify gave us was the option of not relying only on goodwill and availability. We had the chance to select inspirational people, train them properly, and reward them for their time.

Tell us your two hardest markets.

We will come back with the alumni we can already reach there, what activity would look like, and how many credits it would take. No obligation either way.
