Alumnify is a start-up that’s redefining how UK universities connect with prospective international students — through the authentic voice of their alumni.
We work with recent graduates, known as Alumnifiers, who provide peer-to-peer support, local insight and trusted guidance to students considering study in the UK. This approach builds genuine connections, boosts enrolment and strengthens long-term alumni engagement.

This role sits at the centre of that responsibility.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role with significant responsibility for delivery quality, contractor performance and system discipline.
You’ll be the operational backbone of Alumnify’s delivery engine — owning global campaign execution, systems, and performance improvements from end to end.You will:
Oversee the performance and allocation of Alumnifiers globally
Take ownership of operational standards across campaigns
Ensure booking accuracy, billing discipline and performance consistency
Drive measurable improvements in delivery quality and efficiency
Lead operational improvement initiatives
Support the maintenance of strong client relationships

Alumnifier Management & Network Management
Allocate Alumnifiers to activities and ensure clear briefing ahead of delivery
Maintain regular communication across platforms including email, Teams, WhatsApp and regional channels
Monitor attendance, adherence to briefing standards and post event reporting
Review and verify submitted hours and supporting evidence, challenging discrepancies where necessary
Lead biannual appraisal processes
Maintain oversight of training completion and readiness for specific activity types
Set and refine performance standards across the network
Lead structured performance conversations where required
Continuously refine performance standards across the network
Develop quality control frameworks for delivery and billing
Campaign & Booking Operations
You will:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of conversion campaigns and events
Track booking progress and flag risks early
Review and refine operational structures.
Maintain system accuracy and database discipline
Capture activity outcomes and performance insights for reporting
Support supplier sourcing and coordination where required
Take ownership of operational KPIs across campaigns
Improve booking processes and documentation
Drive measurable operational efficiency improvements
Client Support
Support onboarding of new university clients
Ensure accurate internal system setup
Provide timely booking updates and flag critical feedback
Contribute directly to client reporting and operational review meetings
Support refinement of service delivery models.
Operational Projects & Infrastructure Development
As we scale, you will lead the development of new operational frameworks and systems.
Lead end-to-end operational projects (e.g. training platform build, systems migrations, process redesign)
• Define scope, milestones and delivery timelines
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure adoption across the team
• Build scalable operational frameworks to support company growth
• Embed new systems and monitor performance post-implementation
This role includes building what does not yet exist.
Training & Development
Reinforce best practice with Alumnifiers ahead of campaigns
Support delivery of structured training modules
Shape and refine training content
Refine guidance and frameworks
Contribute to long term capability development of the network

Essentials:
You should demonstrate5+ years’ experience managing performance within distributed or contractor-based teams
Studied a degree in the UK or an English speaking country
Strong written and spoken Business English communication skills
Evidence of improving operational processes
Digitally confident and competent (we primarily use Airtable and Softr, if you aren’t familiar with these specifically, we are happy to provide training)
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
Confidence challenging discrepancies in hours, evidence or delivery standards
Strong organisational and systems skills
Availability to work during some UK core hours (ideally 09:00-12:00 GMT) and occasional weekends
Desirable:
Experience working with remote contractors or freelancers
Familiarity with international education or recruitment
