Alumni Content Series
What the degree became.
A current student can tell a prospective one what the course is like. Only a graduate can say what it turned into, and that is the half of the story your channels are missing. Filmed on a phone, in their own words, and delivered branded to your guidelines.

What we do
You brief the market. We do the rest.
Most content projects hand you a production crew and leave you to find the people. The finding is the hard part, and it is the part we already have covered in more than thirty countries.
01
We source the alumni
Graduates already living in the markets you are targeting, chosen for two things at once: whether they can actually tell a story, and whether their course and career reflect what you are trying to sell.
A willing graduate who cannot hold a camera is no use to you, and neither is a natural performer on the wrong course.
02
We direct and produce it
We brief them on a theme and a single question, then direct the recording so the answer covers the points that matter without turning into a script. They speak from their own experience, because that is the only reason a prospective student stops scrolling.
Production runs against your brand toolkit and guidelines, so the messaging sits alongside your wider materials rather than beside them, and nothing has to go back through your studio for a rebuild.
03
We localise it
Where it helps, the graduate speaks their mother tongue, subtitled in English so your team can still sign it off.
That widens who the film can reach. Parents are often the real decision makers, and a film in the language spoken at home reaches them in a way an English-language asset never does. Agents and counsellors the same.
04
You get nine assets per graduate
Three videos, each cut into three formats. Delivered ready to publish, branded to your guidelines, with your end slide and any B-roll cut in as required. Captions burned in.
No further editing, no chasing rights, nothing left for your team to finish before it goes into a campaign.

The approach
A named skill, a named role, and the link between them.
Every theme is built to connect something learned on the course to something used in a career. That connection is the asset. Without it you have an endorsement, which nobody believes, rather than evidence, which they do.
“Great teaching” and “it opened doors” say nothing. The specific thing you learned, and the specific thing you now do with it, is the whole film.
A theme and one question
We give the graduate a theme and a single guiding question. The answers come out in their own words, with their own phrasing and their own examples. That is the difference between content students trust and content they scroll past.
One take, on a phone, where they already were
Filmed vertically, in one take, in a place the graduate was going to be anyway. No studio, no crew, no set-up time. It looks like the rest of the feed because it was made the same way.
Captions burned in throughout
Most of this is watched with the sound off, so captions are part of the picture rather than a setting the viewer has to find. It also means the films meet the accessibility standard your own site is held to.
There is no introduction film
At thirty to sixty seconds, a preamble spends the whole video establishing who is speaking before saying anything. Every film starts with the substance.
Themes and sequence
You pick three. We suggest a set that builds.
Each theme isolates one link between the course and the career. Every question is open, so the answer comes back in their words rather than yours.
Eleven to choose from
- The skill I use daily
- The moment it clicked
- From course to first job
- What my job actually looks like
- What got me hired
- Where the course took me
- What I would tell my parents
- What it actually cost
- What I got wrong
- Working after study
- One place that mattered
The first six are the career set, and they carry most of the weight. The rest work alongside them: What I would tell my parents where families drive the decision, What I got wrong where credibility needs earning first. We will talk you through the question behind each one.
Proof, then where it came from, then how to get there.
Where partners have no strong preference, this is the default set. The three films move a viewer from proof, to its origin on the course, to the path they would take themselves. They still work individually across different channels or moments in the cycle.
- The skill I use daily One capability, named, and the job it is used in. The proof point, and the film to lead with.
- The moment it clicked Where that capability came from on the course. Connects the outcome back to the teaching.
- From course to first job The path from graduation to employment. Answers the question the family is actually asking, and the film to close on.
Where they work hardest
Short-form performs best where students are already scrolling rather than researching. Tell us the channels you have in mind and we will frame and cut accordingly.
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
The second job they do
The career films are also useful where the employment question is being put to you directly, which is usually further down the funnel than a social feed.
- Agent-facing comms
- Offer-holder messaging
What it costs
One price, everything in it.
Sourcing, direction, production, editing, formats and usage are one figure. There is no day rate, no travel line and no licence to renew, because the graduate was already in the market and the phone was already in their hand.
Minimum package
£5,000
All in
Three graduates, three videos each, delivered in three formats. Twenty-seven finished assets, about £185 each.
The three do not have to be in one market, so the minimum can cover three priority markets at once. Larger programmes are priced on the same basis. Where we already have graduates in your markets from work you run with us, the sourcing is done and the figure reflects that.
What the figure covers
- Sourcing. Finding graduates in your markets who can tell a story and sit on the right course.
- Direction and production. Briefing, filming and editing, against your brand toolkit.
- Localisation. Mother tongue where it helps, subtitled in English.
- Every format. 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16, captions burned in, your end slide cut in.
- Usage. Owned content, yours to run across paid and organic without a renewal.
Not charged separately: crew, travel, studio time, stock licensing or usage caps. An agency quote for the same output normally carries most of those.
Client feedback
“These videos really were just what we were looking for.”
“We were delighted with the quick turnaround and the quality, and how well it matched the brief. I expect these videos to improve our digital campaign metrics in the coming months.”
What happens next
Two decisions from you, the rest from us.
Confirm three themes and tell us the channels. Everything after that is production, and you see every asset before anything is released.
From Alumnify
- Source the alumni in your markets, brief them on the agreed themes and confirm filming availability.
- Direct and produce against your brand guidelines, and share every asset for your review before release.
- Deliver in three formats with captions burned in, and subtitle any film recorded in another language.
From your team
- Confirm which three themes you would like, or suggest alternatives.
- Send your brand toolkit, end slide and any B-roll, so the films come back matching your other materials.
- Let us know which channels and which markets, so we can shape length, framing and language.
Tell us the two courses where employment is the hardest question to answer, and we will suggest three themes.
