Partner scoping call

What we do, what it costs, and what it would look like for you.

Alumnify turns your alumni into trained, paid, in-market recruitment teams. We source them, vet them, train them, employ them and manage the work, supporting students in 50+ countries.

Everything we would otherwise cram into half an hour, in one place: how the model works, every activity we run, what each one costs, and a section further down built around your markets.

How the model works

Your graduates, working your markets, on your behalf.

You tell us the markets, the courses and the profile. We do the rest, and no alumni data leaves your institution: every Alumnifier is sourced independently by us, then put in front of you for approval before anything is booked.

01

Recruit

We find and qualify graduates through our own paid campaigns, interview them, verify the degree against the awarding university and screen for communication and market relevance. No alumni data leaves your institution. You see two candidates per position and approve them.

02

Train

Structured onboarding before anyone speaks to a student, and they are paid for that time. GDPR, cybersecurity, a call framework, and a bootcamp on your courses and value proposition. Only on completion do they become Alumnifiers.

03

Deploy and deliver

We contract, schedule and brief them across your markets: offer-holder campaigns, exhibitions, agent events, school sessions and one-to-one support. Calls and messages are spot-checked weekly against a scored framework.

04

Easy oversight

Your portal gives a live view of the activity while we carry recruitment, compliance, payroll and scheduling. Nobody for you to employ, onboard or pay. Priority leads land in a live document your team can act on the same day.

05

Measure and optimise

Every student is asked to rate the interaction, and that feedback goes into the next cycle rather than into a drawer. You see what worked, what did not, and what we would change.

+

What you are actually outsourcing

Sourcing and vetting. Contracting and payroll. Training and quality. Compliance. You keep the decisions and the data.

We do the part software cannot: a platform hands you a directory and leaves you to find, vet, train and pay the graduates. That work is the business, not a feature of it. Compliance is a gate rather than a checklist, so an Alumnifier who is not fully compliant cannot be assigned to a campaign.

What it does for you

The recruitment numbers are the reason people call us.

They are not the only thing a partnership changes. Three of these land outside the recruitment team entirely, which is usually what makes the case internally.

Your best advocates, in the room

The people talking to your applicants chose you, finished the course and built a career on it. Nobody in your sector can say that for you as well as they can.

Money back to your graduates

Alumnifiers are employed and paid fairly for their time, training included. Your recruitment budget goes to the people who studied with you.

A managed team, delivering at scale

Contracted, trained and scheduled by us, working to a brief and reporting against it. You add reach in a market without adding headcount, travel or another set of processes to run.

Finding your pathway

Most partners arrive with one of two problems.

Each pathway below is a starting point rather than a fixed package. We shape it around your markets and where you are in the cycle.

"Our offer-holders go quiet before they enrol."

Open with broad reach to re-engage the full pool, move the interested into sustained one-to-one relationships, then bring them together at a networking moment that turns intent into enrolment.

  • Reach & Connect
  • Nurture Campaign
  • Network Connect
  • Groupchat, always on

Credits are pooled and fully flexible. They are not tied to a region or an activity type, so a market that goes quiet does not strand the budget behind it. Marketing content is a separate line, priced as a package rather than in credits: see the Alumni Content Series.

How you pay

Two commercial models, and most partners run both.

Which one leads depends on where your pressure sits. If it is pipeline in markets you cannot reach, credits buy you the widest range of activity. If it is offer-holders going quiet between offer and enrolment, the success fee means you pay on the result.

Model one

Flexi-Credits

Bundles of credits, starting at £9,950 a year

Buy a pool of credits and draw them down against anything in the catalogue. The pool is not split by region or by activity, so you can move budget to the market that is working without renegotiating anything, and what you do not spend rolls forward.

This page covers Flexi-Credits in full: every activity, what each one costs, the bundle prices and a calculator to build a plan.

Model two

Conversion Accelerator

5% to 7% of first-year tuition, on enrolment only

A dedicated team of your own graduates nurtures your offer-holders through to enrolment. No upfront build fee, no credits drawn down, and nothing to pay for a student who does not enrol.

It works differently enough to have its own page. Team build, matching, reporting and how the fee is calculated.

Working together

What this could look like for La Trobe.

Two hubs, sized to what each region is worth to you. South East Asia takes the bigger one, run out of Vietnam, and Central Asia starts smaller while it proves out. Nothing here is fixed. It is a starting point to argue with.

La Trobe University
World map showing two hubs, a larger one across South East Asia run from Vietnam and a smaller one across Central Asia run from Kazakhstan. 1 2
1South East Asia hub, from Vietnam 2Central Asia hub, from Kazakhstan

The circles are the reach of each hub rather than a fixed country list. Vietnam is where the volume is, so that hub is the larger of the two.

How it might look

Two hubs and the offer-holder work, from one pool of credits and one success fee.

  1. A South East Asia hub, run from Vietnam

Your own graduates based in Vietnam, covering it properly and working the neighbouring markets from there. A constant presence between your own visits, rather than a week in November.

  2. A Central Asia hub, deliberately smaller

Exhibitions and school talks across the region from a base in Kazakhstan, at a scale that answers whether the market is worth more without committing you to it. If the numbers come back, it grows from the same pool of credits.

  3. Every offer-holder nurtured, not a sample

Calls and messages in the language the family speaks, through to enrolment, with each interaction logged against the student so you can see what moved them.

Why this shape

Conversion pays for itself, so the bundle goes on opening markets.

Offer-holder work sits on the success fee, so nothing is payable there until a student enrols. That keeps the credit bundle small and pointed at Central Asia, where you are still finding out what is there.

What we would need from you

The markets, the courses and the profile.

We source the graduates ourselves through our own paid campaigns, so no alumni data leaves your institution. You approve every person before they speak to a student.

Indicative and built for discussion, not a quotation. Numbers and markets are confirmed with you before anything is booked.

What credits cost

Bundles, and the rate improves with volume.

One pool, bought up front, spent against anything in the catalogue. The bundle you choose sets two things: what each credit costs, and what it costs to put a new Alumnifier into a market.

Shown per year on a two-year agreement. The bundle you choose sets the credit rate and how many Alumnifiers we build into your markets at no cost. Whatever you do not spend rolls forward, so buying the next bundle up is not a bet on using it all this year.

A bundle is one pool, so credits move between markets as the cycle moves. Prefer a longer commitment? Prices start from £9,200 a year on a three-year fixed term.

Bundle prices are current and shown per year on a two-year agreement. Event counts assume the bundle goes to lead generation at 25 credits an activity. Under the Conversion Accelerator the team is built at our cost whatever the headcount. Everything is confirmed in writing before anything is booked.
